Rocky Road

This is a great starter recipe, so easy to make and very tasty.  Remember to always follow the Kitchen Monsters Code when you’re in the kitchen!

Ingredients: 160g x chocolate, 120g x digestive biscuits, 80g x marshmallows, 40g x coco pops
Special Equipment: Baking tray, mixing bowl

Crush the digestive biscuits and add them to a bowl with the coco pops
Use a pair of scissors to cut the marshmallows into pieces and add them too
Melt the chocolate in the microwave and runny then pour over the biscuit mixture
Mix well until everything is covered in chocolate
Spoon into the baking tray and press down flat with the back of the spoon
Leave to cool in the fridge for an hour then remove and cut into squares
Serve and enjoy!

Kitchen Monster Top Tip: Keep running the scissors under the hot tap and the marshmallow won’t stick to the blades
