Returns Policy

We adhere to the Distance Selling Regulations 2000.

Under these regulations buyers are entitled to return the goods for any reason if you write and tell us you are returning the goods within 7 days of receiving them.   As long as the goods are unused or faulty you will be entitled to a full refund, which you will receive within no more than 30 days of your notice of cancellation.

The original delivery charge will also be refunded in full, however return postage is payable by the consumer (unless the product is faulty in which case Kitchen Monsters will add the postage charge to the refund).
